Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems, including Aloha POS, for processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required, providing excellent service throughout.
- Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance customer experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service standards is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions.
- Previous experience in bartending is required.
