JOB SUMMARY: Your Flight Plan!
Pool monitors work on the pool deck and help enforce the rules of the facility. They are not lifeguards and do not hold any certifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ready to Fly!
- Pool monitors oversee the pool deck.
- Cleans and maintains filled pools and facilities by skimming and vacuuming the pool, and brushing and scrubbing walls and floors
- Monitors are responsible for straightening of all pool furniture, helping with trash, enforcing rules, opening and closing duties as well as making sure all forms and supplies are stocked.
- Staff may also be required to sign residents/guests in if needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Wingspan Needed!
- Prior experience preferred
- Occasional travel may be required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our Nest is your Nest!
- This position is performed in outdoor weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to chemicals and fumes.
- Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours; is subject to lifting over 50 pounds.
