You will be placed in a high-energy, high-coaching environment by the best in the business. The only way to learn how to sell real estate quickly is by being put in front of potential clients as often as possible. You will be given leads to call, scripts to use and goals to hit. All we ask is that you’re hungry and ready to learn with a great attitude. We will teach you the rest.
Compensation Range:
This is a commission only position.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Chicago residential buyers and sellers
- Receive and close a high volume of leads, referrals and co-lists
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
- Host open houses
- Prepare market analysis to help clients determine property value
- Consult clients through the real estate process
Qualifications:
- Full-time
- Real Estate License OR in the process of obtaining license within next 2 months
- Best in class work ethic
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
