Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service oriented Guest Services Agent to join our team at our exciting new Hyatt House & Mindaro properties near Portland International Airport!
As the first point of contact for our Guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every Guest enjoys a positive and memorable stay.
What You'll Do
- Welcome Guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Manage Guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payments accurately.
- Respond to Guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Maintain accurate Guest records and follow hotel procedures.
- Support a positive, collaborative work environment while delivering exceptional hospitality.

- A valid Drivers License and clean MVR (last 3 years) is required.
