What You'll Do:
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with our delivery team, sales associates, and customers, resolving issues proactively.
- Monitor and manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency and timely service.
- Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities and update internal systems accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred but not required.
