Job Summary
Vesta is currently on the lookout for detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of hygiene. This role is crucial in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and clients.
We clean an array of different commercial buildings, including car dealerships, dental offices, gyms, and schools.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
- Dispose of trash and recycling materials appropriately.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
