Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time Baker to join our bakery team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and cookies
- Manage food production and food handling processes in accordance with safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Package baked items efficiently for retail display or catering orders, ensuring presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, equipment, and tools to uphold food safety standards
- Support catering events and restaurant service by providing freshly baked goods and ensuring timely delivery
Requirements
- Proven pastry experience or baking background with hands-on culinary experience in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Strong cake decorating skills and familiarity with various icing techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
