Job Summary:
Leads and manages cross-functional projects that support the Company's property acquisitions, dispositions, operations, and strategic initiatives. Oversees the full transition process from planning through execution, serving as the primary liaison between Vest and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project delivery. Also manages the implementation of new technologies, driving collaboration, communication, and adoption across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Property Transitions
- Liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Manage and maintain acquisition/disposition checklists, ensuring all action items are tracked and completed.
- Host bi-weekly team calls to review and update transition milestones.
- Set up new property and owner centers to support seamless operational onboarding.
- Coordinate meetings between 3rd party teams and Vest for transition sprints.
- Coordinate project timelines.
- Coordinate vendor terminations for disposition transitions.
- Ensure successful property onboarding/offboarding.
Project Management
- Create and maintain implementation schedules for new software or software enhancement rollouts.
- Coordinate kick-off, training and check-in meetings.
- Develop implementation standards and processes.
- Manage rollout progress, ensuring all action items are tracked and completed.
General Support
During downtimes of transitions, team member will be expected to assist with various support tasks such as assisting with internal Help Desk tickets and internal auditing.
Working Conditions:
This role typically operates in a professional office environment and may be performed remotely/virtually. Occasional travel and evening/weekend work may be required. Must be reachable via phone at all times except during approved time off.
Physical Demands:
- Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
- Incumbents must be able to view computer screens, mobile devices, and other electronic equipment for extended periods of time where visual strain may result.
- Incumbents need to be capable of comparing, copying, computing, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, synthesizing, negotiating, communicating, and instructing.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work with minimal supervision.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Experience in property management with a familiarity of property acquisitions.
- Strong, demonstrated project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage shifting deadlines.
- Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other business contacts, respond courteously to questions and requests, and stay calm when addressing and resolving customer problems.
- RealPage experience preferred.
