This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waldorf, MD for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring the continued functionality of property systems. The role involves engaging in maintenance and repairs to keep the community in excellent condition, maintaining equipment, and contributing to overall resident satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance & Repair
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Experience with Industrial Maintenance is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to operate and handle tools and machinery effectively and safely
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance role preferred
- Availability to work on-site in Waldorf, MD and accommodate on-call requirements
