About the team
We are a group of creatives grounded in curiosity and craft, playfulness, and purpose, bringing a new
vision to footwear. We inspire and educate by connecting people to water and the community that supports it. In our role to drive brand distinction, we focus on meaningful storytelling, powerful concepts, and detail in all that we do.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and packaging channels with a strong focus on digital advertising. Additional responsibilities include creating assets for email marketing, web, lookbooks, event collateral, and social media.
- Show an experience level of skill throughout the creative process, from the beginning stages of concept, through the development/approval of the idea with other brand partners
- Be knowledgeable in a wide variety of creative: taste, aesthetics, concept, storytelling & design, physical brand experiences and building into social platforms
- Work alongside junior creatives so that they feel a deep sense of our creative community, empowered to create and guide them on how to grow in their role and beyond
- Work well with other brand creatives to create excellence across design assets and more
- Work well with cross functional partners to ensure they’re a part of the process in creating excellence.
- Uphold graphic design guidelines and work with the creative and marketing team to manage the creation of brand assets
- Work directly with our Creative Director and Art Directors to bring all brand assets to life
- Ensure project management platforms are attended to, updated and organized
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience
- BA, BFA Arts/Fine Arts/Design
- Studio or Client-side Experience
- Experience mentoring and leading creatives
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- High level of experience creating conceptual campaigns in all areas of storytelling
- High level of maturity, self-awareness, leadership and organizational skills
- High level of culture and social awareness to trend and current fashions
