Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service, maintain guest relations, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will be essential to your success in this position. Experience in the food industry, particularly in a nightclub or restaurant setting, is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Toast POS system or similar technology.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all items meet quality standards before serving.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, striving to resolve any issues that may arise during their visit.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to restaurant policies.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with guests are essential for success in this role.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are key traits we value in our team members.
