This role is best suited for trainers who are comfortable developing their schedule over time and are not seeking immediate full-time hours or high-volume client acquisition.What You’ll DoProvide one-on-one and small-group personal training sessions primarily in our studio (with rare in-home or virtual sessions).Design and deliver thoughtful, safe, and effective programs that emphasize strength, mobility, and confidence, not weight loss or dieting.Build trusting, long-term relationships with clients through empathy, consistency, and professionalism.Maintain punctuality, clear communication, and attention to detail.What We’re Looking ForAt least 1 year of personal training experience (preferred).Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or similar required).Current CPR/AED certification.Sensitivity to body image and eating issues, and a grounded, holistic approach to health.A reliable, self-directed professional who values collaboration and growth.Someone comfortable holding clients accountable with compassion and respect.Interest in building a long-term, collaborative relationship with our studio and client community.Schedule AvailabilityFlexible, with required availability for:At least 2 mornings per week (6:00 or 6:30am start)Two afternoon/evening time slots per weekOne weekend day (flexible which day)Compensation$45.00–$70.00/hour, depending on session type, experience, and scope of workIndependent contractor, part-timeAccess to studio space and equipmentOpportunity to grow with a supportive, values-driven studio as we expandThis role is ideal for trainers seeking a relationship-based coaching environment and may not be a fit for those focused on high-volume, sales-driven, or transformation-based fitness models.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief cover letter (max 500 words) sharing why you feel aligned with our studio and this role.
