Production Technician
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (3-day weekend)
Pay: $16.05 per hour

As a Production Technician, you play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged with care and accuracy. You will help keep the production line running smoothly, support your coworkers, and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. What You'll Do
Stock the production line with essential supplies such as cartons, shippers, and glue to support continuous workflow.
Monitor the line and remove any fallen or blocked cartons to prevent interruptions.
Shut down the cartoner when needed, safely clearing any cartons that may become lodged.
Inspect cartons using established quality standards, ensuring all products meet expectations before leaving the line.
Notify the machine operator if any quality issues are identified.
Rework cartons that fail inspection or are rejected by the check-weigher or QA process.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all sanitation procedures.
Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company GMP standards.
Rotate tasks and support teammates to keep production moving smoothly.
Report any food safety concerns to management or Quality Assurance promptly.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Strong, stable work history.
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a teamwork-driven environment.
Ability to stand for the full shift and regularly lift up to 25 lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and climb as needed.
