Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Reports To: Production Manager or Shift Supervisor

In this role, you'll be a key part of our daily operations-helping ensure machines run smoothly, products meet quality standards, and the team succeeds together. This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in an operator role who is ready to grow in a stable, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
Safely start up, operate, and shut down production equipment
Organize and support the production line to keep operations running efficiently
Monitor product quality and ensure only top-quality items leave the line
Keep materials stocked and maintain a clean, organized work area
Accurately complete production records and documentation
Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
Make minor equipment adjustments and notify maintenance of any issues
Support and assist fellow operators and packers as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
Start machine at beginning of shift and properly shut it down at the end of the shift if not immediately turning over to the next shift.
Organize line crew in an efficient manner to complete the following tasks:
Making boxes, Loading cartons, Manning the check weigh station, Inspection of product, Keeping material points on line stocked (glue pots, carton magazines, tape machine, etc.) Boxing into shippers, Ensure quality product leaves the line
Meet or exceed daily production requirements.
Maintain a clean work area and use proper sanitation methods.
Maintain and control scrap for film, powder, and cartons and shippers at or below acceptable levels.
Maintain NPC quality standards.
Maintain proper, complete and legible records.
Ensure that safety policies are adhered to.
Practice and enforce NPC GMP's, including the dress code.
Monitor and adjust equipment as necessary to accomplish both production and quality goals.
What We're Looking For:
At least two of experience operating machinery in a production or industrial environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
