The General Manager will be the driving force behind the company’s next stage of growth. This leader will build and oversee the sales and operations teams, create scalable systems, and execute on the company’s national growth strategy. This is not a maintenance role, it’s a builder’s role.
Leadership & Culture
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team across sales, logistics, and customer service.
- Build a culture of accountability, communication, and joy in the workplace.
- Serve as a bridge between owners and the front-line team—ensuring clear direction, alignment, and execution.
Sales & Growth
- Build and scale a national wholesale sales team with strong distributor and contractor
relationships.
- Create and implement sales strategies to expand company footprint across new regions and
industries.
- Develop performance metrics, CRM processes, and territory plans to track and grow sales.
- Partner with marketing to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Operations & Distribution
- Oversee day-to-day logistics, order fulfillment, inventory management, and vendor relationships.
- Design and implement systems that ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with suppliers and carriers to manage product flow, cost, and delivery
- performance.
- Develop scalable SOPs that support multi-location distribution as company expands.
Financial Management
- Manage the P&L and ensure profitable growth across all operations.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for ownership review.
- Identify cost efficiencies and areas for investment to drive long-term scalability.
Strategic Leadership
- Work closely with leadership to implement nationwide growth plan.
- Build the company’s foundation for future manufacturing and regional hubs.
- Bring creativity and entrepreneurial thinking to every challenge.
- Represent brand, values, and mission in all professional interactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in sales, distribution, or operations management.
- Background in building materials, insulation, or construction distribution.
- Experience scaling a regional or national sales organization.
- Familiarity with EOS / Traction or similar business operating systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically and tactically.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
