Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinician based in Washington, DC. The Licensed Clinician will provide direct therapeutic services to clients, including conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to their specific needs. Responsibilities include evaluating client progress, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans, and supporting clients throughout their recovery journey. The role also involves conducting assessments and ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards in therapy.

Qualifications

• Clinical skills in individual, group, and family therapy
• Proficiency in assessment, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Strong communication, compassionate care, and active listening capabilities
• Experience in addressing mental health issues, substance use disorders, trauma, process addiction or related areas
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and knowledge of therapeutic modalities
• Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully within a multidisciplinary team
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active licensure in the state of Washington, DC, such as LICSW, LPC, or equivalent
• Preference for candidates with experience in addiction treatment or dual diagnosis
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards

Salary Range $85,000 - $95,000
