Are you passionate about keeping networks secure, managing IT systems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Network & Systems Administrator who can handle both on-premises and cloud-based environments with confidence.

If you have experience working with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Office 365, DHCP, DNS, and Windows Server patching, we’d love to hear from you! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping systems running efficiently.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Network Administration & Security

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Configure and manage Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls, including VPNs (ZTNA), security policies, and web filtering.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, analyze security logs, and manage firewall rules.
• Manage FortiGate EMS to ensure endpoint protection and compliance.
• Implement network segmentation, VLANs, and access controls for secure and efficient networking.

Cloud & Systems Administration

• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint security, device compliance, and software updates.
• Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and other Microsoft cloud resources.
• Administer Office 365, including Exchange Online, user provisioning, and security settings.
• Ensure seamless integration between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Maintain Windows Server environments, including Domain Controllers, DHCP, and DNS.
• Perform Windows Server patch management to uphold security and system reliability.
  

IT Support & Maintenance

• Provide backup support for the Service Desk, including issue triage, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Take and resolve support tickets related to networking, systems, and user accounts.
• Build and configure laptops and desktops, ensuring standardization, security, and usability.
• Troubleshoot network, server, and cloud issues affecting end-users or systems.
• Support users with connectivity, performance, and security concerns across platforms.
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery activities to protect business continuity.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, policies, and SOPs.
  
  

Education and Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network and systems administration.
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, and wireless APs.
• Proficiency with Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls and FortiGate EMS.
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience managing endpoints and compliance via Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including Virtual Machines (VMs).
• Experience administering Office 365, including Exchange Online and security policies.
• Understanding of ZTNA, firewall security rules, VLANs, and network segmentation.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like PRTG.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot network and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a user-centric approach.

• Cloud & Systems Management: Proficient in Azure, Intune, Office 365, and hybrid AD environments.
• Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Strong problem-solving skills across network, server, and cloud platforms.
• Communication & Collaboration: Works well with users, IT teams, and escalates support issues effectively.
• Process & Documentation Discipline: Maintains infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and ensures system compliance.
