Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Account Executive role. The Account Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with lending partners, maintaining and expanding a client network, and managing the acquisition of non-agency mortgage loans. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting outreach to partners, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will also provide excellent customer service to current and potential partners while collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Networking
- Strong understanding of Mortgage Lending, Non-agency Loan Programs, and Lending Regulations
- Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement successful Sales Strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is highly valued
- 2 years Non QM experience required
