## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Head Custodian to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of a retail facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.
## Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead custodial staff in daily cleaning operations
- Perform and oversee tasks such as buffing, floor care, and porter duties
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
## Requirements
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
