Quality In-Process/Assembly Inspector

**Position Summary**

Inspect product (detail fabrication, machine parts or assemblies) to

customer engineering drawings, specifications, supplier quality

requirements and Perfektas Policies and Procedures using appropriate

inspection equipment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Inspect product to customer purchase order (P.O.), engineering
  
  

requirements and the production planning.

• Record inspection results using basic inspection measuring methods
  
  

and equipment (calipers, micrometer, pin gages, etc).

• Monitor and review Customer Supplier Quality Requirements to ensure
  
  

compliance.

• Ensure that First Article Inspections (FAI) are performed per
  
  

applicable time period, work orders and documented per customer and

company procedures.

• Ensure all defects are recorded on proper form and sent to the MRB
  
  

crib for segregation and disposition.

• Maintain Six S (6 S) training.
• Comply with Perfektas Policies and Procedures per Perfekta, Inc.
