**Position Summary**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Inspect product to customer purchase order (P.O.), engineering
- Monitor and review Customer Supplier Quality Requirements to ensure
- Ensure that First Article Inspections (FAI) are performed per
company procedures.
- Ensure all defects are recorded on proper form and sent to the MRB
- Maintain Six S (6 S) training.
- Comply with Perfektas Policies and Procedures per Perfekta, Inc.
- Notify immediate supervisor of any safety hazard you see in your
