- As an Account Executive at Vertus HealthCare your role is to cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and present the right solutions. You will also identify new business opportunities and make proactive contact via telephone, email, social media, and text message.
- Exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics to consistently grow your new account and deal pipeline through high-volume outbound contact/follow-up, showcasing your ability to find and cultivate new business relationships
- Proven experience and success in sales, particularly in selling directly healthcare facilities including Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Schools and others.
- Strong understanding of the Nurse market and expertise in the healthcare staffing industry.
- Act as ambassador for Vertus HealthCare to healthcare facilities, delivering high-quality, ethical consultative service.
- Act as a business partner and recruitment subject matter expert while applying best practices for full cycle recruitment and strategic talent acquisition.
- Conduct thorough vetting and understanding of the client's requirements to create detailed and accurate job descriptions for internal and marketing purposes and to ensure presented candidates align with communicated requirements.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals.
- Manage caregivers and field staff while on assignment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with active clients, patients, and referral sources
- Build and cultivate relationships with industry contacts to gain industry knowledge, referrals, and business development leads.
- Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including recruitment/sourcing, interview, selection, contracting (when applicable) and onboarding of new hires
- Pre-qualify candidates by conducting first level interviews specific to the department requirements or prepared job description to determine commensurate experience and interest level.
- Experience in healthcare staffing or physician recruitment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find talent through social media and other avenues available for candidate sourcing
- Use innovative sourcing and marketing techniques to engage both active and passive candidates for hard to fill positions
- Develop a broad professional network of top talent through existing resources and through new resources developed by the role
- Develops a network of sourcing opportunities and maintains ongoing relationships
- Identifies recruiting opportunities within the communities we serve and develops a strategy for outreach and participation
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a healthcare related field
- 2 years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience in physician recruitment
- 2 years of recruiting in Hospital or Medical Group setting
- 1 years of agency staffing experience is a strong plus
- Experience in project management a plus
- Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven ability and experience in relationship building with management and candidates
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in planning and organizing job fairs, networking events and mixers
- Must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task
