Technical Sales Manager / Sales Manager required to join a cutting tool manufacturer (Eastern PA, NJ, Eastern NY, Eastern MD, DE)
We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to grow and expand our presence in the US market, focusing on the states of Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern New York, Eastern Maryland, and Delaware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Eastern New York, Eastern Maryland, and Delaware.
- Promote and sell Standard and Special Tools to existing and new customers in the assigned region.
- Conduct regular customer visits, providing technical advice and fostering strong relationships.
- Train sales partners on products and organize training seminars to enhance their product knowledge.
- Offer expert technical advice to customers and sales partners, ensuring the best solutions.
- Identify and pursue new customers in the territory, increasing market penetration.
- Prepare and deliver quotes for Standard and Special Tools.
- Utilize CRM system for effective customer relationship management and reporting.
Requirements
- Strong experience in cutting tool technology, including expertise in metallurgy, metal alloys, carbide, and machining processes (drilling, milling, reaming, deburring).
- Ability to read technical drawings and sketch ideas and concepts for customer discussions.
- Experience working with and selling cutting tools or similar product
- Mechanical education, with a focus on mechanical engineering.
- Systematic and analytical thinking to solve complex technical problems.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
