General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of a rotating equipment repair shop, including mechanical teardown, overhaul, and machining for steam turbines, compressors, and valves.
- Oversee the full scope of operations, from repair and machining to project delivery.
- Drive business growth through new opportunities and client relationship management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.
- Ensure top-quality service and adherence to industry standards in every project.
General Manager / Shop Supervisor / Operations Manager Requirements
- 5 years of leadership experience in mechanical, industrial, or rotating equipment repair industry or a related mechanical field (service manager, operations manager, plant manager, shop manager)
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee complex turbine, compressor, and valve projects.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
