What are the responsibilities and job description for the TM-Engineer Software Engineering (Global) - Suzhou position at Vertiv?
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the R&D and implementation of automatic control technology and products; compilation of control software;
- Responsible for PLC programming, embedded software module design, configuration software writing, guidance for automation engineering construction, and responsible for technical guidance requirements for automation control projects;
- Follow the software development process, and cooperate with other departments to complete the design, development and testing of products;
- Participate in the preparation of the technical plan and feasibility study report of the project;
- Provide technical support for the construction, installation, commissioning and operation of the project.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or above, major in automation; More than 2 years of experience in automatic control engineering design
- Familiar with automatic control theory, proficient in writing PLC programs, and developing host computer software; Proficient in the use of drawing software;
- Good team spirit, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility;
- Computer level 2 or above, level 3 is preferred;
- CET 4 or above, good English reading and writing skills, able to read relevant English technical materials.
