What Success Looks Like (12 Months)
- Executive materials (slides, briefs, decision docs) are consistently clear, concise, and require minimal rework.
- One or more strategic initiatives have an effective operating cadence (milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and weekly follow-through).
- Leadership reviews include simple KPIs or dashboards that actually get used to steer decisions and performance.
- Cross-functional partners stay aligned because issues are surfaced early and tradeoffs are framed cleanly.
- M&A Integration or diligence support outputs are reliable: inputs are coordinated, findings are synthesized, and actions are tracked.
STRATEGIC INITIATIVES AND REGIONAL PLANNING SUPPORT

- Build structured problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans to guide cross-functional execution.
- Establish and run governance: meeting cadence, action logs, milestone tracking, and risk/issue escalation.
- Create clear updates for leadership and help drive decisions by summarizing tradeoffs and recommended paths forward.
- Support due diligence by coordinating cross-functional inputs (commercial, operational, financial, legal, people/culture) and synthesizing implications.
- Help translate diligence findings into integration priorities, early risks, and value capture opportunities.
- Assist with integration planning and execution by maintaining workplans, tracking key decisions, and ensuring functional owners stay on pace.
- Build and maintain simple KPI tracking and reporting for integration progress and value capture (for example, synergy tracking and milestone dashboards).
- Lead or support short-cycle special projects for the Americas leadership team, typically requiring fast, clean analysis and a clear recommendation.
- Develop executive-ready communications: decks, narratives, and briefing notes that drive alignment and action.
- Improve team effectiveness by creating templates, playbooks, and repeatable mechanisms that reduce friction and improve follow-through.
- Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar); MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of industry technical experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, internal consulting, transformation/program management, or adjacent roles.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel modeling, business cases, KPI design) and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
- Strong PowerPoint and writing skills with an executive audience in mind.
- Practical project management capability: cadence, action tracking, dependency management, and escalation.
- Proven ability to work across functions and influence without authority.
- High judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
- Preferred:
- Any exposure to M&A, diligence support, integration activities, or synergy tracking (even partial / workstream support).

- Ability to connect financial and operational insights to broader corporate objectives.
- Data-driven decision-making with meticulous attention to detail.
