JOB DESCRIPTION
- Vertiv is currently looking to bring a driven General Assembler onto our team to assist in the development of our Integrated Solution product line. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented leader and technically proficient. We are building a motivated team of technicians who will produce a quality product for some of the most prestigious clients in the world.
- Perform all aspects of assembly of a designed product.
- Build an assembly with basic torquing applications
- Use basic hand tools safely
- Follow verbal and written instructions in a documented Standard Operating Procedure
- Assist with the fast pace and volume targets needed to be successful.
- Take an active role in business development and expansion.
- Complete on-the-job and classroom trainings related to assembling product safely and effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Currently pursuing or completed Associates Degree in an applicable field (Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, etc.) preferred.
- 1-2 years experience successfully working in an assembly environment,
- Ability to safely and effectively follow written and verbal instructions.
- This position may require standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a production environment where protective equipment is required.
