Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will integrate building systems and structural design with architectural elements to create efficient, sustainable, and safe building solutions while maintaining aesthetic values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze building systems integration
- Develop comprehensive building solutions combining architectural and engineering principles
- Create detailed engineering calculations and documentation
- Design structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ensure building designs meet codes and regulations
- Prepare construction documents and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers
- Perform building performance analyses
- Conduct site inspections and construction administration
- Review shop drawings and submittals

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 5 years of experience in building systems design
- Knowledge of building codes and standards
- Proficiency in engineering design software
- Experience with integrated building design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architectural Engineering
- LEED AP certification • Experience with BIM technology

- Background in commissioning
