EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree and relevant certifications would be a plus
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal SME, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of metal fabrication technology, equipment, design principles, and manufacturing processes, showcasing expertise in optimizing workflows for efficiency and precision.
- Demonstrated success in implementing and refining standardized procedures to enhance reliability and excellence in sheet metal production on a global scale.
- Track record of staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to sheet metal systems, and a proactive approach to integrating innovative solutions into operational processes.
