RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLE
- Assist with service tasks as assigned and as per company policies and procedures
- Capable of working under direct supervision upon training completion
- Communicate with customers onsite, giving basic updates on progress
- Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines
- Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and accordance with job duties
- Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate and timely administrative tasks and support service report generation per company guidelines
- Maintain company property (PPE, test equipment, laptop, etc.) per company policies
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a related degree program
- High School or Vocational School Diploma
- Interpersonal and Administrative Skills
- Communicate professionally and respectfully in both written and verbal forms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Travel to customer sites as required
- Flexible schedules (weekends and evenings)
- Valid driver’s license
- Due to the safety sensitive aspect of the role, candidates are required to successfully pass a drug test prior to employment. In addition, you will also be required to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and a motor vehicle records check.
