Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide professional customer service to physicians
- Receive prescriptions and accurately enter data into pharmacy software
- Fill prescriptions and prepare medications for shipment
- Complete labels, logs, and required documentation
- Assist couriers and physicians with medication pickups
- Process transactions through Point of Sale (POS) system
- Stock shipping supplies and maintain inventory
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Pharmacy Technician Trainee License Required (PTCB certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with computers and pharmacy software systems (We use PK Software)
- Prior experience in customer service, data entry, or call center environments
- Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience
- $19.00 – $23.00/hour (DOE)
