Are you someone who brings calm, compassion, and organization to every interaction? We're looking for a Part-Time Funeral Assistant to serve as the welcoming face and voice of our location. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and creating a warm, professional atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
Greet families, guests, and vendors warmly and professionally
Assist with event or service coordination as needed
Handle sensitive situations and information with empathy and discretion
Assist with visitations, ceremonies, and more
If interested, can be a part of the transfer care specialist team
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and compassionate presence
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable using basic office technology and software (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
Availability for flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
Ability to lift 50+ lbs in various tasks
