Vertigo is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. If you have a exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you. You will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations for food and entertainment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Stay updated on new drink recipes, trends in mixology, and seasonal offerings.

Experience

• Previous experience as a bartender is required, Liquor bartender preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
