Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the installation of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and other related products.
- Interact with customers professionally, ensuring a positive experience during installations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Operate and maintain power tools safely and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and creatively solve installation challenges on-site.
- Safely work on ladders to complete installations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating power tools.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar technician trade, such as carpentry, construction, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Outgoing and personable, with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in various indoor and outdoor environments.
