Team Leader | Roofing & Storm Restoration Sales

Vertical Solutions Roofing is one of the fastest-growing storm restoration companies in the region. Since 2020, we’ve helped thousands of homeowners recover after storms while building a performance-driven, values-based team across multiple markets.

This role is for individuals ready to build, develop, and lead teams while still earning at a high level themselves.

What You'll Own:
1. Personal Production (Lead from the Front)
- Meet with homeowners impacted by storms
- Conduct property and roof inspections
- Guide clients through the insurance restoration process
- Manage projects from contract to completion
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and onboard new consultants
- Coach daily field performance and accountability
- Run team huddles, ride-alongs, and in-field development
- Build a culture of consistency, urgency, and professionalism
3. Market Growth
- Generate leads through direct outreach and networking
- Establish presence in high-impact storm zones
- Build referral relationships and community trust
- Help scale your market through systems and people

Compensation Structure:
- Uncapped personal commissions
- Team overrides (earn from your team’s production)
- Average Team Leaders: $120,000 – $250,000
- Weekly pay
- Performance bonuses & incentives
- Referral bonuses ($5,000 )
- Optional draw for early ramp period
This role begins as a 1099 leadership track with a clear path into W-2 leadership roles as you scale.

- Based in and willing to work within our service area
- Reliable vehicle
- Willingness to lead from the field (D2D in-person sales)
- Availability during peak storm and sales hours (including evenings/weekends)
- Strong work ethic and comfort in a performance-driven environment
