Job Description
The I-9 Document Witness serves as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 completion within the i9Success team.
This is an in-office position located in Warminster, PA. This position pays $16.00hr. We are seeking the shift of 12pm-8pm M, W-Sa (Tues/Sun off).
Responsibilities
- Works within our i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
- Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
- Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
- Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
- Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to escalate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.
Required Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent time management and organziational skills.
- Proficiency in M.S. Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Elevated communication skills orally and in writing, as well as the ability to empathize with others.
- Ability to uphold professional manners while at work.
- Must have strong telephone skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidential information and follow procedures for work processing.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks or projects during a scheduled work period.
Education
The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
