We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, strong development skills using Power Platform, SPFx, and .NET technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Designer.
- Migrate legacy SharePoint sites and applications to SharePoint Online.
- Develop and maintain custom web parts, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure SharePoint solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in SharePoint development
- Proficiency in SPFx, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
- Experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and permissions.
- Familiarity with Azure services and integration with SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Viva integrations.
- Experience with governance and compliance in Microsoft 365 environments.
