Vertical Raise is seeking experienced and highly motivated former coaches, educators, and athletic or program leaders to join our team as Sales Associates in the San Diego, California region. This hybrid role is ideal for individuals ready to transition from the classroom, campus, or athletic office into a dynamic, field-based position working directly with schools and community programs.
As a VR Sales Associate/ Fundraising Specialist you will support elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and select club programs by providing industry-leading fundraising solutions. In the San Diego area, this includes building relationships within major districts such as San Diego Unified, Carlsbad Unified, Escondido Union School District, and surrounding North County and coastal communities.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, grow your network, and drive meaningful results for students, teachers, coaches, and school programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, coaches, PTA/PTO leaders, and program directors
- Present and promote the Vertical Raise fundraising platform and services across academic, athletic, and extracurricular programs
- Guide schools and teams through the planning, launch, and execution of fundraising campaigns
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful achievement of fundraising goals
- Represent Vertical Raise with professionalism and integrity in all school and community interactions

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in education, coaching, administration, or youth program leadership (K–12 or collegiate preferred)
- Background working with school programs, athletics, or student organizations
- Strong understanding of school fundraising needs across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
