With 45 years in the business, Vertical Rail has a long-standing track record of supporting top-tier retailers and brands, including Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy. We combine deep industry knowledge with a collaborative, flexible agency environment that values smart strategy and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads and DSP)
- Walmart Connect
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Criteo
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to achieve client KPIs
- Analyze campaign data and deliver insights that drive ongoing improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader retail and brand objectives
- Stay current on platform updates, retail media trends, and best practices
- Proven experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong proficiency in Amazon Ads and Amazon DSP
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, and Walmart Connect
- Experience with Pacvue is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing ads
- 45 years of retail and agency expertise providing stability and credibility
