We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth, compliant, and successful operation of our dispensary.

Job Summary:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with all local and state cannabis regulations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and a deep commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of staff to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage scheduling, payroll, performance evaluations, and team development
• Oversee daily dispensary operations including inventory management, compliance, and reporting
• Maintain a deep understanding of cannabis products and industry regulations
• Ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations
• Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies as needed
• Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in a retail or cannabis-related environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Cannabis industry experience is a strong plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred (but not required)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational and time management abilities
• Must be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
