Job Functions
- Scan, email, and mail paperwork
- Assist in maintaining and updating Tracker daily, or as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs and reports are complete
- Assist in establishing and maintaining power accounts for construction projects
- Coordinate payment of construction aide requests from utility companies Managers on projects
- Assist with various department special projects as requested
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service
- Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
- Expert user of email and internet searches
- Excellent relationship skills
