The position is responsible for the procurement of tower pricing and other services required for budgeting/modeling of new sites as well as assisting Construction/Procurement with the coordination and tracking of tower logistics and the delivery process.

Job Functions
- Request tower pricing from selected tower vendors, evaluate pricing and award based upon pricing, quality, lead times, and past performance
- Ensure understanding of Vertical Bridge and the industry’s typical tower loading requirements and design standards
- Assist in procuring any services required to design/construct sites
- Ensure understanding of latest design standards for towers (EIA/TIA-222) and work with tower vendors if required to contact jurisdictions to ensure code compliance
- Provide support and coordinate between tower vendors and Vertical Bridge personnel to set up deliveries to project sites as requested
- Monitor and communicate metrics and vendor performance with company tracking tools and reports on a weekly basis
Education And Experience
- Four-year degree preferred in engineering or construction or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in wireless communication construction and construction project management preferred
- Working knowledge of carrier’s loading requirements and basic understanding of industry design standard for towers (EIA/TIA-222)
- Proficient user of Excel and Word
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects with multiple stakeholders concurrently
- Excellent client and vendor relationship skills
- Required to have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in fast-pace and pressured environment
- Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
