Client Success Rep

Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-I Workforce Solutions—online training tools, including a learning management system for industries like transportation, distribution, and warehousing. 

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) who excels at delivering outstanding customer service, understanding client business needs, and resolving challenges with effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts with professionalism and accuracy, including handling renewals and leading contract negotiations to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Communicate confidently with key decision-makers across industries
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
• Resolve client issues and concerns quickly and effectively
• Understand and identify client business needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience
• Proven experience in account management or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
