Job Overview
Vertical 1 Communications is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Closeout Package (COP) Specialist to support wireless (cellular) network construction projects. This role is responsible for reviewing installation documentation and assembling complete closeout packages for customer submission.
No prior wireless or construction experience is required. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and communicate effectively. Full training will be provided on wireless designs, construction standards, internal systems, and customer requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in El Paso, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Review wireless construction installation photos with live field teams for approval or correction
- Complete required customer closeout forms accurately and in accordance with standards
- Process, organize, label, and format photo documentation packages
- Compile and submit complete Closeout (COP) packages to customers
- Track missing or pending items and follow up with internal teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate, organized project records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients to resolve documentation issues

Required Skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
