Job Details
Currently seeking a Power BI Developer that has experience in Databricks lakehouse and DBT (Data Build Tool) for processing data and building models. MUST BE ONSITE 3 days a week in Princeton, NJ
This role is HYBRID, 3 days onsite (Princeton, NJ), 2 days remote

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential Duties
- Design and develop business intelligence dashboards, analytical reports and data visualizations using power BI and providing access to different user groups
- Expert knowledge of architecting and developing Power BI solutions by configuring the data security and assigning the licenses and sharing the reports and dashboards to the difference user groups in the organization.
- Experience in implementing Microsoft BI/Azure BI solutions like Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Azure Databricks, Azure Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Good Understanding of Azure Big data technologies like Azure Data Lake Analytics, Azure Data Lake Store, Azure Data Factory and created POC in moving the data from flat files and SQL Server using U-SQL jobs.
- Good knowledge in implementing various business rules for Data Extraction, Transforming and Loading (ETL) between Homogenous and Heterogeneous Systems using Azure Data Factory(ADF).
HUGE PLUS to have prior experience with
- Insurance industry
- Actuaries / Actuary related project
