We're looking for a System Verification Engineer to join our team!
You will be responsible for leading the definition, integration, verification, and validation of electrical systems. You will work within a structured test environment to ensure system components behave according to their interfaces and expected performance criteria. Your role involves both execution and operational responsibility within a technical team, with a strong focus on resolving test issues, analyzing complex data, and ensuring quality and readiness before release.
Key ResponsibilitiesTest Environment & Execution
- Define and validate the test environment based on provided input requirements and system behavior.
- Perform integration, verification, and validation of electrical systems.
- Execute tests within a limited but clearly defined scope, following provided test plans and procedures.
- Work according to given directives, adhering to established methods, inputs, and outputs.
- Analyze test data, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Resolve issues and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure readiness and quality of the system before release.
Team Collaboration & Delivery
- Act as a team member, supporting collective delivery goals.
- Hold operational responsibility for the day-to-day test and verification work.
- Ensure that test activities align with the system requirements and behaviors.
- Take responsibility for team delivery, ensuring tasks are completed as per defined plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, applying domain knowledge even under partially defined frames.
Leadership & Expertise
- Act as a recognized subject matter expert in System Verification Engineering.
- Lead system engineering efforts within technical teams.
- Serve as a project lead, coach, mentor, and educator for less experienced team members.
- Provide strategic input and contribute to project roadmaps in alignment with industry trends.
- Maintain a T-shaped profile, with either deep specialization or broad cross-functional skills.
- Communicate the value of system verification work in the context of business and technology strategies (TD/BA).
- Proven expertise in system verification and electrical system testing.
- Strong experience in test planning, execution, result interpretation, and issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from test results under limited guidance.
- Solid grasp of system behaviors, interfaces, and dependencies.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Clear understanding of product lifecycle, from concept to release.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business domains.
