Core Responsibilities- Collaborate with mechanical engineers to develop and implement technical solutions for mechanical devices and systems
- Install, calibrate, repair, and upgrade mechanical components and systems throughout the manufacturing process
- Design, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for various machinery and equipment
- Perform quality assurance and control testing procedures to ensure optimal system performance
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Work is performed under close supervision
- Training and mentorship provided to support professional development
- Focus on foundational problem-solving and mechanical maintenance tasks
- Clean, safe manufacturing environment
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or related field
- Technical education or equivalent training in mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical principles

- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
