As a Regional VP of Marketing, you’ll lead client acquisition, retention, and the entire marketing funnel across one of our regions, overseeing multiple residential roofing & home services brands in our portfolio. You’ll leverage your strategic and analytical abilities to create impactful marketing campaigns, driving customer growth and brand recognition.

Location: This opportunity will support our Florida Region of partners and can be located on a hybrid basis in one of the following:

• Clearwater, FL 33762
• Orlando, FL 32804

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute both traditional and digital marketing strategies to guide prospects from awareness to purchase.
• Full-Funnel Ownership: Manage the marketing funnel from top to bottom, optimizing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels.
• Collaborate & Manage Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to design, test, and execute effective campaigns.
• Analyze & Optimize: Use data to analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes. Build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track results.
• Channel Strategy: Oversee search marketing, SEO, CRM, affiliate marketing, demand generation and paid social strategies, ensuring the integration of digital and offline efforts.
• Budget Management: Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Community Engagement: Build and deploy community marketing initiatives, such as event sponsorships and Chamber of Commerce partnerships, aligned with our regional presence.
• DTC & Loyalty Programs: Drive Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and customer loyalty strategies to deepen relationships with our clients.
• MarTech Leadership: Partner with industry marketers to develop a leading martech stack, keeping our tools and tactics cutting-edge.
• Light travel: 1-2 days per month may be necessary to build rapport with partner brands and provide support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 8-10 years leading B2C marketing teams, with a proven track record in driving YoY sales growth.
• Market Insight: Expertise in analyzing market trends and segmenting audiences for targeted marketing in local markets.
• Digital Savvy: Deep knowledge of Google AdWords, SEO, organic search, social strategies, and website development.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in using Google Analytics and other BI tools to track and interpret engagement metrics, churn data, and sales funnels.
• Strategic & Hands-On: A balance of high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• People Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and management skills.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Compensation: Vertex intends to offer the selected candidate a competitive base salary plus an annual bonus potential. The actual offer will be based on experience and qualifications.
