Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and planning to launch and optimization.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement product strategies and enhancements.
- Support new service and feature development to drive customer engagement and financial growth.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops, interviews, process analysis, and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Conduct feature review and story refinement sessions with development teams.
- Create process flows, business diagrams, and functional documentation.
Technical & API Management
- Work closely with engineering teams on the design, enhancement, and testing of enterprise APIs and third-party integrations.
- Assess technical solutions and identify business impacts, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide guidance during technical decision-making and implementation phases.
- Ensure product scalability, performance, and alignment with modern technology standards.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Lead projects through discovery, analysis, implementation, testing, and deployment phases.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with multiple business units to ensure successful product adoption and delivery.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market trends and business needs.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Research emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Recommend process improvements and product innovations to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure alignment with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and software development lifecycle standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 7 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, or related technology-focused roles.
- Experience working with enterprise APIs, digital platforms, or web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of Content Management Systems and API-driven solutions.
- Proven experience leading projects throughout the software development lifecycle.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall (PMBOK), and Iterative development methodologies.
- Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as JIRA, TFS, MS Project, Visio, Clarity, or similar tools.
- Ability to create business process flows and technical diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
