We are seeking a Product Manager to drive day-to-day product execution and work closely with engineering, Scrum Masters, and other product stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality product features and improvements.

The ideal profile will have strong experience in Agile product management, backlog ownership, sprint prioritization, user story creation, release planning, and product validation. This role requires someone who can translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements while working closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Backlog Management: Build, refine, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it remains transparent, organized, up to date, and clearly understood by the development team and stakeholders.
  • Sprint Prioritization: Drive daily and tactical prioritization of user stories, enhancements, defects, and bug fixes based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, urgency, and team capacity.
  • User Story Creation: Translate product requirements and business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable user stories with well-defined, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Backlog Refinement: Conduct regular backlog grooming/refinement sessions with engineering and Scrum teams to clarify requirements, identify dependencies, estimate effort, and ensure stories are ready for upcoming sprints.
  • Release Planning: Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Engineering Leads, and other stakeholders to define release plans, establish MVP scope, prioritize features, and align delivery timelines with business objectives.
  • Acceptance & Validation: Review and validate completed features, user stories, and bug fixes at the end of each sprint to ensure they meet the agreed acceptance criteria, Definition of Done, and intended business requirements.
  • Engineering Alignment: Work closely with developers, QA engineers, architects, and technical leads throughout the development lifecycle to answer functional questions, clarify requirements, and resolve ambiguities quickly.
  • Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Blocker Resolution: Identify functional and product-related blockers and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and uninterrupted engineering progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key communication bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, QA, design, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Product Documentation: Maintain accurate product documentation, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, and other relevant product artifacts.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product priorities, upcoming changes, delivery status, and scope decisions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use sprint feedback, customer insights, product data, and team feedback to continuously improve product functionality, processes, and delivery outcomes.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role within a software/product development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
  • Strong ability to write user stories and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working directly with engineering and QA teams in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of MVP definition, release planning, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
  • Ability to evaluate competing priorities based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar product/project management tools.
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS, enterprise software, web/mobile applications, or technology products.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed or remote engineering teams.
  • CSPO, PSPO, or similar Product Management/Agile certification is a plus.
